AW's Unsavory Reputation

This exchange took place 4 years ago on a writing forum. The views expressed about AW are typical. i.e. Enter at your peril. The roots of the present malaise and melee go back to 2006 when Mel/Mac took over. She's been riding roughshod over everyone since.  A writing forum should be friendly and supportive. AW is the diametric opposite. The regulars are rude and intimidating.
